Marriott

Andre and I stumbled across Marriott Rewards in the midst of our travels and wish we had found it sooner. Marriott has a Chase credit card where you can get hotel points and other rewards, and since we travel so much, that really pays off at 6 points to the dollar for Marriott purchases. We also got a big lump of bonus points when we signed up, so we didn’t pay for hotels an entire year after jumping on that train. The promotions change constantly, but you can check out the current options HERE.

This motivates us to book at Marriott hotels exclusively. While some would prefer brand diversity, we enjoy racking up the points and gaining loyalty status, which provides even more perks. If you’re interested in the specifics, you can go to Marriott’s reward site for more info.

One of our favorite hotels so far was the Atlantis Resort in Nassau. Most people know it as the big pink hotel with an aquarium spanning the entire Royal Towers. This is a more extravagant location than we normally book at, but the lesser categories are still high quality. We prefer Residence Inns because they allow pets and provide a suite-style setup with a full kitchen. Check out some of our Marriott pictures below.
